What we collect,
and why.

Email — Resend

If you subscribe to the matchday briefing, your email address is stored in a Resend audience. We send one email per matchday week — transit conditions, dining picks, and a reminder about the concierge. No marketing sequences, no third-party sharing. Unsubscribe from any email and you're gone.

Payments — Stripe

The $39 concierge is processed via Stripe Checkout. We never see your card number. Stripe stores payment data according to PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. Your email and name from the checkout are used only to deliver the service and send the WhatsApp contact.

Analytics — Plausible

We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint browsers, and is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR without requiring a consent banner. We see aggregate data only: page views, referrers, countries. No individual tracking.

Cookies

We set no advertising cookies. Plausible sets no cookies. Stripe sets session cookies for its hosted checkout only — these are cleared when checkout completes. No cross-site tracking.

Your rights

To delete your email from our audience, reply to any email with 'unsubscribe' or email concierge@nynjfifafan.com. For Stripe payment data, contact Stripe directly. We hold no other personal data.
