What this site is
NYNJ Fan Guide is an independent, unofficial editorial resource. It is not affiliated with FIFA, the 2026 World Cup Local Organizing Committee, MetLife Stadium, or any team or national federation. All match information is sourced from publicly available schedules and is subject to change.
The concierge service
The $39 matchday concierge is a WhatsApp-based advisory service provided by an independent team based in New Jersey. It does not include ticket procurement, transportation booking, or any financial transactions on your behalf. Advice is local and editorial in nature — not professional legal, medical, or safety advice.
Refund policy
Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before your reserved kickoff. Inside 48 hours, we issue a credit usable on any other 2026 MetLife matchday. In the event of a match postponement or official cancellation by FIFA or MetLife, we issue a full refund within 48 hours of confirmation. No refunds are issued for voluntary no-shows.

Accuracy

NYNJ Fan Guide and its operators are not liable for any losses, missed transit connections, denied entry, cancelled reservations, or other matchday mishaps that arise from following advice on this site or from the concierge service. Use your judgment. We're trying to help, not guarantee outcomes.
